Monica is a registered psychologist passionate about applying current research, neuroscience, and psychological principles to empower individuals. She is dedicated to supporting people on their journey to rediscover their authentic selves, their purpose, and their life path by using evidence-based approaches.

Monica is dedicated to collaborating with clients to enhance their quality of life, navigate challenges, and support them in realising their full potential, whether through assessment or therapy.

She uses EMDR therapy to address past traumatic memories and integrates Mindfulness and ACT to promote connection to the present moment and increase psychological flexibility. Monica enhances her practice by drawing on the Internal Family Systems model, attachment-based approaches, interpersonal neurobiology and ideas from Jungian and psychoanalytic theories.

She can help with a wide range of psychological difficulties including:

  • anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, panic

  • stress, adjustment difficulties

  • trauma, complex PTSD, dissociation

  • existential concerns - life transitions, loneliness, belonging and identity concerns, attachment issues and co-dependency
